How Tenet Motors handles information on tenetmotors.com.
Updated . For privacy questions or removal requests, email info@tenetmotors.com.
Hosting and contacting us
Netlify hosts this website and provides site performance measurement. Web requests can include your IP address, browser information and the requested URL.
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and message. It is configured to send those details to Netlify for handling and storage, but form delivery is currently disabled. Please email info@tenetmotors.com or call (206) 941-0717 instead. We use information you send us to respond to your inquiry.
Email signups
If you join our email list, your email address and any name or phone number you enter are sent directly to Mailchimp to manage the subscription and send our updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. Mailchimp is covered by Intuit’s privacy statement.
Website analytics
We use Plausible to understand visits and interactions such as outbound links, downloads, form completions, car comparisons, filters and booking-link clicks. Our custom events use categories such as the selected car or comparison count; they do not include form-field contents, trip dates or times, or the text you search for.
Before sending analytics, our site removes query strings, fragments and URL credentials from page addresses, referrers and automatically tracked destination URLs. This keeps trip dates and search terms out of those analytics URLs. See Plausible’s visitor data policy for its processing practices.
Trip links and bookings
Trip dates, times and fleet filters can appear in this site’s URL, browser history and links you share. Requested URLs also reach our hosting provider. When you choose a Turo listing, selected trip dates and times are added to that link so Turo can check your trip.
Bookings, accounts and payments take place on Turo, under its own policies. Other linked services, including Google Maps, also handle your visit under their own policies. Tenet Motors does not take booking payments on this website.
Google reviews
The Google review carousel is currently disabled pending approval. If enabled, it will display the latest 20 reviews across all ratings, including public reviewer names and available profile photos, ratings, original review text and dates, and published Tenet Motors replies with their own dates.
The feature uses one temporary snapshot, refreshed regularly from Google. Each snapshot expires in less than 24 hours and stops displaying at expiry; scheduled cleanup removes expired review content. A storage outage can delay physical cleanup. The same review may appear again in a later refresh while it remains among the latest 20. We do not keep a review-history archive.
Reviewer photos load directly from Google’s image service. The request suppresses the page referrer, but Google still receives the browser request, including its IP address and request metadata. See Google’s privacy policy. The review feature does not use browser cookies or local storage to save reviews.
Questions and removal requests
