Where do I book and see the price?
Choose your exact car here, then continue to its Turo listing. Turo confirms availability, the trip total, mileage, protection options and your booking. Compare cars using the same dates and pickup location.
Are these cars insured?
For US trips booked through Turo, third-party liability insurance is included. Guest protection plans are separate contracts that limit your responsibility for eligible damage to the host’s car; exclusions apply, including interior and mechanical damage. Review the available plans, prices and out-of-pocket limits at Turo checkout.
You do not need personal insurance to book on Turo. If you have personal insurance or credit-card coverage, do not assume it covers car sharing; check with your insurer or card provider. Turo’s current terms and your booking control.

Which airport should I choose?
For SeaTac, choose Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Paine Field (PAE) is a different airport. Confirm the pickup location shown in your Turo reservation before booking.
How do pickup and delivery work?

Bring your valid driver’s license and complete Turo’s verification, check-in and this car’s setup instructions.
- Find your car
Follow the parking directions for your reservation to find the car.
- Get access
After the host verifies your license, follow the access instructions sent for your car.

Choose your pickup or delivery option on the exact Turo listing. SEA terminal delivery is normally $60 round trip; parking is separate. Turo shows the options and charges for your booking.
How do I get the keys?
Cars with physical keys normally use a lockbox. Tesla and Rivian pickups use app-based access. Complete the verification and setup instructions for your booking, then follow the latest access instructions in your Turo messages.
Will my luggage fit?
Use the photos and seating information to shortlist cars, then ask us about your exact luggage before booking. A seat count does not guarantee space for a particular number of suitcases.
What do I need before pickup?
Bring your valid driver’s license and complete Turo’s verification and check-in requirements. Follow the setup instructions sent for your car; the host must verify your license before releasing access.
What should I do at return?
Follow your trip’s return instructions and return the car around the fuel or charge level you received. A different return location normally requires the One-way Extra shown on the listing. Confirm changes through Turo.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the trip you choose. Review the terms on Turo before booking. Tenet does not waive cancellation fees.
