    Pick up and return

Use your trip’s instructions to access the car. Document its condition in Turo, and return it to the agreed location on time with roughly the pickup fuel or charge level.

Choose the right pickup location.

SEA and PAE are different airports. Paine Field is in Everett. Check the full airport name in Turo before you pay.

Seattle–Tacoma (SEA)

Terminal delivery is $60 round trip. Guests normally pay $37 parking at pickup separately; timing changes can affect that amount. Tenet pays its own collection parking. Confirm the current delivery price and trip instructions on Turo.

Paine Field (PAE)

Delivery is $120 round trip. Choose this only if you want pickup at Paine Field in Everett. This is not Seattle–Tacoma International Airport.

Local pickup or address delivery

Delivery to your address is $120 round trip within 10 miles of our north Seattle base and $240 round trip from 10 to 20 miles. Delivery includes drop-off and collection at the same place. Ferry and island delivery are not offered.

Finding your car at SEA

If your instructions place the car in the SEA garage, follow the parking photo and location details in your Turo messages. The terminal skybridges are on Level 4. Use your trip’s instructions for the correct parking level and return spot.

Your total and mileage

Turo shows the current trip price, fees, delivery, protection choices and mileage allowance for the exact car and dates. Parking and post-trip charges may be separate.

Car seats and other Extras

The Child safety seat Extra is $50, with rear- and forward-facing options. Guests install the seat. Check the exact listing for availability and current Extras prices.

Your return

Plan to return at the agreed time and place, with roughly the pickup fuel or charge level. Request an extension in Turo before your trip ends. A different return location normally requires the One-way trip Extra.

Bring your license. Have your trip ready.

You need a valid driver’s license and an approved Turo booking. Turo determines eligibility, age requirements and verification steps for your booking.

Keep your phone charged and your Turo messages accessible. For a Tesla or Rivian, follow the app-access instructions we send after verification. Do not assume every car has the same key handoff.

Before you set off.

What happens after I book?

Read your Turo trip messages for the exact pickup location, verification steps, vehicle access and return instructions. These instructions are specific to your car and booking.

How do I get the key?

Cars with physical keys normally use a window-mounted lockbox for airport or address delivery, or a house lockbox for home pickup. Tesla access uses the Tesla app; Rivian access uses the app or Apple Wallet after verification. Follow your trip instructions for your exact handoff.

How do I pay? Can I use a debit card?

You pay on Turo at checkout. Turo accepts major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A debit card must be a standard bank-issued Visa or Mastercard, not a prepaid, reloadable or temporary card, and Turo may ask you to add a credit card when you check out with one. See Turo’s payment methods.

Can I change or extend my trip?

Request changes in the Turo app before your scheduled return. Changes depend on availability and approval. A different return location normally requires the One-way trip Extra at the current listing price.

What fuel or charge level should I return with?

Return the car around the fuel or battery level it had at pickup. Check your trip instructions and any prepaid fuel or charging Extra you selected.

What if I need to cancel?

Check the cancellation terms for your selected trip on Turo before paying. Refunds depend on the booking terms and when you cancel. Tenet does not waive Turo cancellation fees.

Will my luggage fit?

Seat count does not guarantee luggage space. Tell us your passenger count and the number and size of your bags before booking if you need help choosing a car.
