How it works

From this page to the driver’s seat.

No counter, no shuttle, no paperwork line. You pick the exact car, book it on Turo, and it’s waiting for you — in the Seattle area or delivered to SeaTac. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.

The four steps

Book tonight, drive tomorrow.

  1. 1

    Pick your exact car

Browse the fleet — 34 vehicles across eight classes, from flagship Teslas to family minivans and budget runabouts. The specific car you choose is the one that shows up, never “a Tesla, or similar.”

  2. 2

    Reserve on Turo

Tap Book on Turo on any vehicle to check live availability and lock your dates. Payment, identity verification, age requirements and protection plans are all handled by Turo’s secure checkout.

  3. 3

    Get your details

Before your trip we send your exact pickup spot and simple return steps. Questions on the way? You text a real local team — answers in minutes, not call-center hours.

  4. 4

    Walk up and drive

A contactless handoff and you’re on the road in minutes — cleaned, charged or fueled, and ready for Washington weather.

Pickup or delivery

Meet us, or have the car come to you.

Pick up in the Seattle area

Free. After you book, we send the exact spot and a simple walk-up handoff — no counter, no waiting room, no shuttle bus.

SeaTac Airport delivery — $60 round trip

Land at SEA and your car is waiting. We arrange the exact meeting point through Turo once your trip is booked, timed to your flight.

Hotel & anywhere delivery — $120 round trip

Downtown hotel, Airbnb, office — add your address in the Turo app when you book, or message us and we’ll set it up.

Included with every car

The boring stuff, already handled.

200 miles a day

Every rental includes 200 miles per day — enough for SeaTac runs, city days and most mountain trips without thinking about it.

Tolls, sorted

A Good To Go pass rides in every car. Cross the 520 bridge all you like — tolls are simply billed after your trip, nothing to pay roadside.

Clean, charged, weather-ready

Detailed inside and out, charged or fueled before handoff, with chains in every car during mountain-pass season.

Extras when you want them

Full Self-Driving on our Teslas for $15/day, plus car seats and boosters — add any of them in the Turo app before your trip and they’re set up on the car for you.

What you need

Two things. That’s it.

  1. 1

    A valid driver’s license

Turo verifies your identity at checkout, so there’s nothing to photocopy or sign at pickup.

  2. 2

A Turo account in good standing

Most listings require renters to be 25 or older; younger drivers may qualify with a young-driver fee on Turo. Protection plans are offered at checkout.

Good to know

Quick answers.

How fast is pickup, really?

Minutes. There’s no counter and no queue — you walk up to the car at the agreed spot and time, we hand it off contactlessly, and you drive. Returns are the same in reverse.

What happens after I book on Turo?

You get a confirmation from Turo right away, and before your trip we send your exact pickup location and return steps. If you added delivery, we coordinate the drop-off details through the Turo app.

Can I change dates or extend my trip?

Yes — trip changes and extensions are handled in the Turo app, subject to the car’s availability. If you’re mid-trip and want to keep the car longer, request the extension before your scheduled return.

How does charging work on a Tesla rental?

Supercharging is billed to your trip automatically and invoiced after you return — nothing to pay at the station. Many city trips need little to no charging at all.

What if something goes wrong on the road?

You deal directly with the local team that owns the cars — text (206) 941-0717 and you’ll hear back in minutes. Turo’s protection plans and 24/7 roadside options cover the rest.

Ready when you are

Pick your car. We’ll handle the rest.

34 vehicles, eight classes, one standard — showroom-clean and waiting the moment you land.
